In 2007 I started my first photography business - Frozen Action Photography.  It combined my love of all things sport with my love of photography. 

For over 10 years I provided sports photography (netball, cricket, rugby, football (AFL) softball, baseball) in Melbourne  - team photos and player headshots, action photography, sports club marketing/promotional images and sports portraits.  With two children playing baseball and being heavily involved in the sport myself as a player, coach, team manager and supporter I was naturally drawn to capturing the sport. For many years I was the official photographer for Baseball Victoria's junior tournaments, finals and Senior Finals.

In 2017 I moved to the North East Victorian town of Mansfield and added motor cross, horse racing, canoeing, the rodeo and car racing (Targa) to my action portfolio. 

Sports photography is still one of my first loves and in addition to providing team photos, action photography and sports portraits, I also provide mentoring for upcoming sports photographers.

My sports photography has now been incorporated into Sandra Lee Photography. 

A suitable outside location is chosen to set up teams in a formal seated and standing arrangement. Benefits - timeless set up, teams are set up in the environment in which they usually play (outdoor sports), less time setting up and packing down.

For inclement weather, indoor sports or clubs wishing to hold their photo session after dark (eg. training nights) an indoor set up is often more appropriate. Teams are set up in a formal seated and standing arrangement. Benefits - the photo session can proceed regardless of the weather conditions. Note: we carry lighting and backdrops in the event of inclement weather.
